WHAT TO EXPECT
Upon successfully passing the initial application stage we will select candidates for interviews.

We anticipate conducting screening interviews (Zoom) on August 3, 4 and 5.

Following screening interviews we will conduct in person interviews. Those selected for in-person interviews will be required to complete a computer skills assessment and a behavior profile. We will then conduct an in-person panel style interview. The in-person interviews will be Friday August 21 and Saturday August 22. Working a Saturday is not a normal thing for us at WSTIP, we do this to help us and candidates during the recruitment process.

Following the in-person interviews, we will extend a conditional job offer to the selected candidate. After the candidate has accepted the conditional job offer and as part of the pre-employment process, we will perform a comprehensive criminal background check, verify prior employment, verify education/credentials, and contact the three professional references the candidate provided us in their application packet.

We will refrain from contacting your current employer until expressly permitted by you. However, we will not finalize the offer until this reference is checked. It is also our preference to speak to the candidate’s current and/or last Supervisor.
