The New Workplace Violence Reduction Strategy (Predictable Cues & Clues):

Workplace violence and heartbreak associated with these life-changing incidents are 100% preventable. One visible act may wipe out public confidence, impact morale, sick leave, and productivity. Most destructive is the harm in the wake of a violent act; a ripple of fear, negativity, and dangerous habits in-play long after the act. Beyond the active-shooter craze, this session presents new solutions in predicting harm and reducing risk while supporting constructive habits and rapid communication. Participants will learn how to forecast a violent act by examining five dimensions of predictable harm, how to wake up intuition, and the specifics in a rapid communication strategy.

This class is any supervisor, manager, or front-line employee who is interested in reducing violence in the workplace.
