The Washington State Transit Insurance Pool is governed by a Board of Directors. Each member transit agency is required under the Interlocal Agreement to appoint one Director and at least one Alternate to serve on the WSTIP Board.
The Board elects officers to serve on the Executive Committee. The Executive Committee consists of nine Directors or Alternates serving in the positions of:
- President,
- Vice President,
- Secretary,
- Past President,
- At Large Member Representative,
- Large Member Representative,
- Medium Member Representative, and
- Small Member Representative.
The appointed Treasurer also serves on the Executive Committee with no voting rights. The Executive Committee meets monthly and executes the routine business of the Pool including serving as the Claims Review Committee.
